Website and Sales Terms

Website use

The website and its contents are provided for personal, noncommercial viewing and for purchasing or inquiring about artwork. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, scrape, or exploit website content or artwork except with prior written permission or as permitted by law.

Artwork and intellectual property

All photographs, artwork, text, logos, and other original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a print transfers ownership of the physical item only and does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Product presentation

The website aims to present artwork accurately, but colors and scale may vary by display, lighting, materials, and production process. Dimensions and edition information shown on the applicable product page form part of the order details. Owner review: confirm the edition policy and whether any works are open edition.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to availability, payment authorization, and acceptance. The checkout review should show merchandise, discounts, shipping, tax, and the final total before payment. Payment is processed through the configured Wix checkout and payment provider. An automated acknowledgement does not create obligations beyond those required by applicable law if an order cannot be accepted due to an error, unavailability, suspected fraud, or another legitimate reason.

Prices, tax, and shipping

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the taxable delivery destination and the jurisdictions in which the business is registered to collect. Shipping charges and available methods are shown during checkout where applicable.

Production and delivery

Production and delivery timing can vary by artwork, size, presentation, destination, and production partner. Owner review: approve typical production estimates, carriers, geographic limits, and any expedited-order policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific written commitment is made.

Cancellations, returns, exchanges, and damaged work

Owner and counsel review: approve the cancellation deadline, return eligibility, custom or made-to-order exclusions, return window, condition requirements, return-shipping responsibility, refund timing, and any restocking fee before publication.

If an artwork arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact Matt Perrin Photography promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the artwork and packaging. No automatic refund or replacement promise is made in this draft.

Custom and commissioned work

Custom sizes, framing, commissions, and special projects may be governed by a separate written proposal or agreement. Where terms conflict, the signed project agreement controls.

Website availability and errors

Reasonable efforts are made to keep information accurate and the website available. Typographical errors, technical interruptions, and inaccurate availability can occur. Corrections may be made as permitted by law, while honoring valid accepted orders and consumer rights.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Counsel must supply enforceable language appropriate to the business location and customer jurisdictions. A generic waiver has intentionally not been inserted.

Governing law and disputes

Owner and counsel must select governing law, venue, an informal resolution process, and whether any arbitration or class-action provisions are appropriate.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The version in effect when an order is placed will apply to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
